Service and Hours
The hours of operation at this location have raised some concerns among customers. Cody Haynes, who gave the location 4 stars, noted that the early closing time of 3:30 PM may not be suitable for people with traditional work schedules. However, Adam Borntreger, who also gave 4 stars, did not mention any issues with the hours or service.
Quality of Service
On the other hand, the quality of service at this location has received positive feedback. Adam Borntreger praised the "amazing" service and "great people to work with, " stating that he would choose this location over others.
Complaints and Concerns
There are, however, some concerns and complaints about the location. Mama D., who also gave 4 stars, described the location as a "real dump" and a "waste site." She also expressed frustration with the cost of moving boxes, which she felt was exorbitant. She suggested that the town invest in public recycling containers instead. Donya Young, who gave 2 stars, mentioned that the location's pricing system is based on the load rather than the weight, which may be unfair for customers with small amounts of waste.
